Grandmaster Sell came to Nelson BC for the weekend on October 9th -12 to test and teach students of the United States Chung Do Kwan. During the weekend, instructors sat along side of their students to learn from the highest ranking female in the world about Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do.
360 one step sparring to poomse were a couple of the highlights for the writer, while the breaking and Bo staff seminars were huge hits with everyone. (Thanks Master Cadet Tiffany!)
