Kicking Round – Multiple Kicks
Kicking is what we do. As students of Tae Kwon Do, we need to work and work and work on our kicks. Chloe Bruce brings a quick exercise tip on how to place multiple kicks in a circle. Chloe takes you through a martial arts kick combo – her “Kickin’ Round” combo. This will help your strength as well as flexibility, and all round control over your kicks.
