Taekwondo students medal in Yorkton.

SWIFT CURRENT / Members of Swift Current Christian Taekwondo participated at the Prairie Wildfire Tournament in Yorkton on Saturday, April 23, bringing home three gold, four silver and nine bronze medals in sparring and poomsae (forms).

Sixteen medals were taken by students of Swift Current Christian Taekwondo. Competitive categories are divided by age, weight and belt rank. The following individuals received medals in their divisions:

Swift Current Christian Taekwondo has been operating in Swift Current since 2012. The school is a part of Saskatchewan World Taekwondo and Taekwondo Canada.
