Taekwondo has made me stronger because now I can do more push-ups. I can paint longer and I can fight longer without getting super tired. I can now kick and punch harder.
Taekwondo has helped me to focus because I have had to learn more than one Poomsae pattern. It has taught me how to be more patient.
